Key Responsibilities
Perform general property maintenance and repairs
Handle plumbing repairs and installations
Conduct electrical repairs and installations
Paint and decorate properties
Assemble furniture and install fixtures
Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces
Conduct regular property checks for absent owners
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Provide excellent customer service to expat clients
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman or in general property maintenance
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical fitness to perform manual labor
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
